How to read it
Four images are present although the forms say sheets 1–4 of 5; no fifth sheet is claimed as inspected. The opening table says 15 attacking, the attack table 14; the latter records one hit and unknown damage. Narrative destruction claims are not reconciled enemy losses. The loss is classified operational, cause unknown; missing status is not a later casualty determination. Photographs are said to have been destroyed in a fire, whose date is not established here.
